♥How soon will my order ship? Every item at Mademoiselle Mermaid is made to order! Please allow 3-7 days for your order to ship. If you have a rush order, please send an email, and I will do my best to accommodate you! *Please note: I will be out of the office from Feb 7-11. You will still be able to order during that time, but please allow 7-10 days for your order to be handmade for you and shipped!! You will receive an email confirmation on Feb 11-12 with your ship date!!

♥How does my order ship? All orders ship USPS Priority Mail within the US. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Priority Mail packages typically arrive withing 3-4 business days. International orders ship USPS First Class International Mail, and typically arrive in about 7-10 business days. International orders are not trackable.

♥What type of payments do you accept? All major credit cards are accepted via PayPal.

♥What is your return policy? Since all items are uniquely made-to-order, they may only be returned for store credit or exchange, within 5 days of receipt.

♥What if I need a custom size? Many of Mademoiselle Mermaid’s items can be custom made to your size specifications. At checkout, you can include any necessary measurements in the message to the seller section of your order, or please send an email if you would like to discuss fit before or after ordering!

♥Will I get an order confirmation? You will receive an PayPal confirmation when your payment is processed, and you will also receive a personal confirmation from Mademoiselle Mermaid within 24 hrs of placing an order.
